• Logging in/Registering

  If you have a login and password for the main logistics.org.uk website, you should use this here; there's no need to register.

  If you don't have a login for the main fta.co.uk site and this is your first visit to this new look shop.logistics.org.uk website, please use the register function to set up a login and password.

  If you need to reset your password, please go to the Login page and click 'forgotten password' which will send through a link to your e-mail address.

  If you're still having problems signing in, please contact us using the Shop Query Form.

   

• Forgotten password

  If you’ve forgotten your password (or would like to change it to something new), simply click on the forgotten password link on the Login page. This will send through a reset link to your e-mail address.

• Having trouble finding the product you’re after?

  Please do let us know if you’re having trouble finding the product you're looking for, using the Shop Query Form

  If you know the product's 4-digit SKU code/ID entering this into the search box should direct you straight to the product page.

• Not seeing the option to pay by invoice?

  If you’ve previously seen that you were able to pay by invoice on orders over £30, please do get in contact using the Shop Query Form so we can look into this.

• Not seeing the prices you were expecting?

  If you believe you are a member of Logistics UK and you’re not being offered the prices you’d expect to be offered, please do let us know using the Shop Query Form so we can rectify this!

• Why am I not receiving a mail to reset my password?

  Firstly, please ensure that you have entered your email/username correctly. If this is the case and you’ve checked your inbox as well as your spam/junk folders, it could be that you don’t exist on our database, or that our record requires investigating.
