Delivery and Returns

All orders will be processed within 24hrs, Monday – Friday, unless your item is on back-order.

If an item goes on back-order, we will notify you and advise you of the likely lead time.

We make every effort to ensure that you will be pleased with your purchases, however we recognise that sometimes things do go wrong. Please follow the procedure below if you feel there is something you need to return to us.

Items damaged in transit

If you receive items that appear to be damaged in transit, this needs to be reported to us within 2 working days of receipt. We will then advise you on what steps to take next.
 

Items faulty on arrival

If you find that the items are faulty when you receive them, you have 30 days to inform us. Please contact us so we can advise you on what steps to take next.

Items faulty within the warranty period

If your item has developed a fault after 30 days, but before the end of its warranty period you may be entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.


Changed your mind
 

We want you to be happy with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any delivery charges.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and with all accompanying paperwork, parts and accessories. Return delivery to us is not covered for non-faulty items.

The above policy excludes made to order and personalised items, which are only returnable if faulty and within the warranty period.
