Delivery

The carrier and service we use to ship your order will be determined by its quantity and size. Shipping costs may also vary according to the orders destination country.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel, as it may not be left otherwise. 

If you choose that your order is to be left in a safe place by our courier, this is entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage.

If you are unavailable to sign for the parcel on 3 occasion's, the parcel may be returned to our depot. If it must be returned to us, you may be liable for the carriage charge to resend the parcel.

 

 

Payment

 

We offer several convenient ways for you to pay online via credit or debit card. If you wish to apply for account payment terms, please contact us.

 

Your Order

After submitting an order via our website or over the phone, we will send you an order acknowledgement by email confirming receipt of your order and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.

Any email or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us will take place when the goods you have ordered have been dispatched to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

We reserve the right to not to supply goods and to cancel your order in the event of a pricing error. 

 

Cancelling/Returning your order

You have the right to cancel your order any time prior to dispatch and up to 30 days after the day you receive the goods.

To cancel your order before dispatch or make a return you must contact us.

If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense. All returns are subject to the below conditions, except where the goods are faulty.

The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions and any other items included at time of sale.

The above policy excludes made to order and personalised items, which are only returnable if faulty and within the warranty period.

Where we have made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been dispatched to you.

 

Faulty goods

If your item has developed a fault after 30 days, but before the end of its warranty period you may be entitled to a warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue.

 

Complaints

We make every effort to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase and that you receive the best possible experience when using our site and services.
