The clever design of the SpareLock, means that it can only be released from inside the vehicle. When installed it dramatically reduces the chances of the spare wheel being stolen. Thieves cannot successfully tackle the SpareLock from beneath the vehicle and those wishing to do so will be met by a visible deterrent to show that the system is installed

The majority of its applications use a locking bolt which can be worked by the vehicle manufacturer’s wheel brace (no keys to loose), other applications use a standard allen key for locking/unlocking. It only takes a few minutes to remove/re-fit the SpareLock and installation is simple, takes around 20 minutes and once fitted, is completely maintenance free
